Is any type of material ok to upload (for example photos or videos)?
Anything from photos, short clips, or graphics can be uploaded and we will incorporate the best material from what you uploaded to make your vision the best it can be. The basic packages have a limit on storage for how much can be uploaded, but we can work with all levels of media, and if you need to provide more content or have large files that require more space, reach out and we will accommodate a way to get your information to us so we can build what you want.
I don't see what I want listed with your packages?
Feel free to reach out and connect at any point and if you are looking for something specific we will work with what you need to help you with your marketing needs.
Can I change the content made, or is there a limit to how many revisions I can do?
We offer revisions at $5 per significant revision needed. You are welcome to buy this service as many times as needed, or feel free to take the clip we provide and edit yourself as you see fit. We have the questionnaire so we can get as much input as possible upfront and create the best product for you that we can. If you feel we didn’t hit the mark at all with what you provided, feel free to reach out and we will come to an agreement that works.
Do you post the material you make for me?
With our basic packages we do not offer uploading. We simply create the content for you at a professional level so you don’t need to spend your valuable time editing and when you are ready simply take the file we provide and upload it at any time.
How long does it take?
The timer on all our packages starts once we have all your material. Once you have uploaded your content or without more involved packages, coordinated the delivery of all the material we need, the timer has begun.
Is this just AI building my content?
No, we make sure that all your content has a human touch. The questionnaire is used by our editors to cater your specific vision to the content we create. We think it is important for actual people to create content so you know someone is keeping an eye on appearance and accuracy of what is being produced.
Can I upload more content?
With our basic reel creation services we have a set amount of storage you can use to upload your raw material for us to polish into professional looking content. If you wish to work with us more frequently, or provide more material, just let us know and we can arrange to set up a larger storage service so we can work with more of what you have.
I don't see what I need offered?
Feel free to reach out and ask about our services and we will work with anyone personally to see if we can meet your needs and offer what will best help your vision grow.
My material is questionable, will you still create what I need?
We reserve the right to deny service if we feel the content is not suitable for our editors to work with, but we are willing to work with all sorts of content creators or businesses and meet their individual unique needs.
I'm not happy with what I got.
We always strive to deliver what we promise, but if for any reason you are completely unsatisfied with what was provided please reach out and discuss your concerns and we will see what type of resolution we can come to.
Can you add subtitles or captions to my videos?
Of course! We can add subtitles, closed captions, or on-screen text to enhance accessibility and engagement. Just let us know your preferences when submitting your materials.
Do you offer rush services for faster delivery?
Yes! If you need your content sooner than our standard turnaround time, we offer expedited processing for an additional fee. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
